Sizing: The manufacturer’s sizing charts are available on all garments and should be checked prior to placing any order to ensure proper sizing.

Note: Garment colors are represented as accurately as possible but may vary depending upon the settings of your computer monitor and/or printer.


Q. What is your return policy?
A. We urge all customers to review the sizing charts carefully as items cannot be returned or exchanged for color or sizing as these are custom embroidered items.  Any items with manufacturer defects will be replaced without any cost to the customer.

Q. How can I pay for my items?
A. You can pay by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (Charges will reflect “Heritage” on your billing statement). Please know that when entering and processing transactions all credit card information passes through encrypted secure means for your protection.

Q. If I have a question about my online order, what number do I call?

Q. How can I confirm my online order?
A. Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation that your order was placed. You can also view your orders on the Order Inquiry page on the website.

Q. After I place my order, when should I expect delivery?
A. Orders will be delivered within 2 weeks. Customers will be notified of any back ordered items. Items will be delivered to Ascent Resources each Tuesday for employee pick up.

Q. Can I request items/colors that are not on the site?
A. Please understand that all the items shown on the site are pre-approved items/colors. Please contact your internal representative for questions about additional items.

Q. What happens if my item is out of stock?
A. We make every effort to ensure the items that are picked are items that have consistently good stock. However there are times that a color/size of an item is out of stock and we attempt to notify you as soon as possible. In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know any options available. These include: Substituting another color of the same style, refund on the item, or if we are aware of restocking dates you can choose to have us wait until the item comes back into stock.

Q. Can I choose what color the embroidery will be on the item I pick?
A. No. All colors of embroidery have been pre-picked to create a standard appearance
